EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchange or Return requests must be communicated no later than 10 days after receipt of the goods.
After this period, if the Customer finds hidden defects, not identifiable by carrying out a normal general check, he must communicate them within the following 8 days by filling out the following form. Our Customer Service will respond by e-mail or telephone, depending on the choice indicated, to help you solve the problem. Do not forget to indicate the code of the product purchased and the willingness to withdraw from the purchase or make an exchange.
