The climate control system is a determining factor for safety and driving comfort. Every day we spend a lot of time inside vehicles that do not guarantee a degree of healthiness that is suitable for the transport of its passengers.
How does the air conditioning system work?
The circuit is divided into two parts, the part between the compressor and the expansion valve is called the high-pressure side. The part between the expansion valve and the compressor is called the low-pressure side. The compressor compresses the refrigerant into a gaseous state (by heating up sharply) and pushes it at a high pressure through the condenser. Here, heat is removed from the refrigerant, which condenses from a gaseous to a liquid state. In the next step, the filter dryer separates impurities and air inclusions from the refrigerant and retains its moisture. This ensures the efficiency of the system and protects the components from damage caused by impurities.
